Bananas & Rum dessert

Here's one nice spoonful of the dessert for ya :)

Bananas & Rum Dessert
(makes 4)


2 large bananas
2 tblsp of rum
1 pot of plain yoghurt
handful of raisins
4 tblsp orange juice
2tblsp sugar
dash of cinnamon powder
1 packet of sponge fingers


1. Slice bananas into medium thickness
2. Mix in rum, orange juice, sugar and raisins, soak for a while
3. Layer sponge fingers at the bottom of glass
4. Spoon bananas mixture on top
5. Layer another layer of sponge fingers, followed by bananas mixture again
6. Scoop a dollop of plain yoghurt on top and sprinkle with cinnamon powder
7. Put in fridge for 30 minutes or more to settle and let all the flavours mingle :)
8. Eat!
