Pretty Jellies

Bought a packet of Konnyaku jelly, peach flavoured and made these jellies with apple for fun :) I also bought a mould from 100 yen with various shapes, it's so pretty to look at!

This jelly is more chewy than the normal agar agar or jelly. Very refreshing to bite into it on a hot day :)

We really seem to be going through the same phase. I just bought a packet of konyukku jelly and 2 jelly moulds yesterday !!! Hope to try it out this weekend :)

Good idea to put in apples. Healthier compared to puttting in canned fruits. But do they discolour?

Adrine, great minds think alike :) I don't think they discoloured very much. The apples were pretty sour, and I was trying to finish it quickly, the sweetness of the jelly covered it! :) I hardly put canned fruits into jellies, try kiwi, orange, watermelon etc...

mery u sound like u really like konyyaku jelly too! My hubby says it's too chewy, he prefers normal agar agar hehe...! Peach sounds good too :)
